Basic requirements
The original invoice must be attached.
The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase.
We regret that products used for personal purposes cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product is returned or exchanged, any gifts or discounts provided must be returned in accordance with the purchase invoice.
Customers are entitled to a return or exchange if a wrong, defective or damaged product was delivered, or if the product is not delivered within 14 days.
Payments made for orders paid through direct online payment will be refunded within 10 business days of receipt, provided that the shipment and products are unused.
Shipping fees will be deducted even if delivery is free; it is offered as a customer promotion, and the company pays the shipping company the fees.
