Edius is a combination of 500 mg of calcium plus 400 IU of vitamin D to correct a deficiency or as an adjunct to specific treatment for osteoporosis.

The dosage for Edius is one chewable tablet twice daily.

* 1000 mg of calcium and 800 IU of vitamin D within the recommended dosage range with high efficacy in preventing fractures

* 500 mg of calcium twice daily for optimal calcium absorption

Edius can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding (one tablet daily).

Edius should not be used in cases of hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, hypervitaminosis D, or any allergy to the excipients.

Edius is very safe with rare, non-serious, and expected side effects.
